2022 Fairfax City Haunted Houses: Patch Halloween Decoration Gallery

FAIRFA CITY, VA — It's that time of year again when people around Northern Virginia exercise their spooky talents and decorate their homes for Halloween.

If you're the kind of person who goes all out for Halloween displays, we want to see it. Patch is putting together its annual guide to Halloween home displays worth visiting in and around Fairfax City.

Are your decorations as scary as those of the Historic Herndon Halloween House, which celebrating its 18th year with decorations highlighting the Tim Burton holiday classic "The Nightmare Before Christmas."

Located at 610 Spring St. in Herndon, the Halloween House even has its own Instagram account and Facebook page.

Visitors are welcome to take outside-only photos of the Halloween House, but it is a private residence and the owners ask that no one enter the yard or touch any of the the displays.
