Fairfax City Police Arrest 3 People For Leaving Fairfax City Home Depot With Unpaid Items
Fairfax City police arrested three people Tuesday accused of taking unpaid merchandise from the Home Depot on Old Lee Highway.

FAIRFAX CITY, VA — City of Fairfax Police arrested three people on Tuesday afternoon for leaving the Home Depot at 3201 Old Lee Highway with unpaid merchandise, according to a police release.
Officers responded to the store around 3:02 p.m. after an employee reported three people were leaving the store with merchandise in their carts that they hadn't paid for. After detaining the three people in the parking lot and examining their carts, the officers determined they were filled with unpaid merchandise.
The officers issued Darlene Patricia Bowman, 53, of Washington, D.C. with a summons for petit larceny and allowed her to leave the scene. They then arrested and transported Anthony Quinn Jones, 57, of District Heights, Maryland and Shaquita Tisha Robinson, 38, of Washington, D.C. to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center.

Police charged Jones with grand larceny, forgery, possession of burglarious tools and providing false identification to law enforcement. Jones was also wanted by Fairfax County for failing to appear in court. Police also charged Robinson with grand larceny. Both Jones and Robinson are held without bound and remanded to the custody of the Fairfax County Sheriff’s Office.
