FAIRFAX, VA — Fairfax County Police reopened West Ox Road for traffic around 8:14 a.m., but detectives were still on the scene investigating a single-vehicle crash on West Ox Road and Route 29 that killed three people early Tuesday morning.

A male driver and two female passengers were declared dead at the scene., according to a 4:45 a.m. FCPD social media post. Police have not identified the three victims involved in the crash.

Both directions of West Ox Road and the ramps from Route 29 leading to westbound West Ox Road were for about three hours.
