$12K In Merchandise Stolen From Fairfax County Stores: Police

Fairfax County Police detectives are investigating a series of larcenies leading to the theft of more than $12,000 in merchandise.

FAIRFAX COUNTY, VA — Fairfax County Police detectives released photos of suspects wanted for nine recent larcenies at department stores in Kingstowne, Fairfax Station and Fair Lakes over last three months. More than $12,000 in merchandise was stolen from the stores, according to police.

The nine larcenies took place in three general areas of the county between July 9, 2024 and Sept. 10, 2024.

Through their investigation, detectives identified the following three men as suspects in this case.

  • Walter Morton, 22, of Washington, D.C. Ric’kwon Brown, 22, of Washington, D.C, and have obtained warrants for five counts of grand larceny, five counts of Larceny with Intent to Sell, two counts of Petit Larceny, and Organized Retail Theft.
  • Ric’kwon Brown, 22, of Washington, D.C. is wanted for five counts of grand larceny, five counts of larceny with intent to sell, two counts of petit larceny, and organized retail theft.
  • Sequan Hart, 27, of Washington, D.C., and have obtained warrants for Grand Larceny, Larceny with Intent to Sell, Petit Larceny, and Organized Retail Theft.

FCPD has obtained warrants for their arrest and is asking the public's help in locating them.

In addition, FCPD is for help in identifying the two people in the photos below. Investigators believe they are suspects in the recent string of department store larcenies.
