8 Child Porn Charges Made In Fairfax Grand Jury Indictment: Descano

FAIRFAX COUNTY, VA — A Fairfax County grand jury indicted 25-year-old Dominick Baldi on child pornography charges earlier this week, according to a release from Commonwealth’s Attorney Steve Descano.

“My office takes sex crimes against children very seriously," Descano said, in the release. "The victims in this case span across the country and the world, and we’re grateful to our partners at the Fairfax County Police Department for their help with this sensitive investigation."

Baldi, who was indicted on eight felony charges of child pornography and solicitation of minors, used various chat programs to solicit multiple underage girls from around the world, according to the release.

Baldi will stand trial eight times between March and May 2023, with his first trial date scheduled for March 8.
