Acting Disorderly Outside Fairfax Restaurant Leads To Arrest: Police
A 25-year-old Clifton woman was arrested outside a Fairfax City restaurant after police responded to a disorderly person report.
FAIRFAX CITY, VA — A 25-year-old Clifton woman is facing multiple charges, including obstruction of justice, in connection with a incident outside a city restaurant on Thursday night.
Officers responded around 10:19 p.m. to the PJ Skidoos at 9908 Fairfax Blvd. after receiving a report of a woman acting disorderly in the restaurant's parking lot.
A preliminary investigation determined that Makayla Watson of Clifton was under the influence of alcohol and trying to leave the parking lot in her vehicle, according to police.

As the officers tried to take Watson into custody, she resisted briefly but they were able to arrest her without any other incident, police say.
Watson was taken to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center and charged with drunk in public and obstruction of justice. She was held in the detention center until she was deemed sober. Watson has an initial hearing date of Oct. 29 in Fairfax City General District Court.
