Our client, a recognized tax and accounting consulting firm, is looking for a sharp temp-to-hire Administrative Assistant to assist their consulting team. In this role the responsibilities will include providing general office support, entering data and maintaining administrative logs, processing mail and special requests, dealing with client files, maintaining inventory, and coordinating ordering of supplies. The position offers a diverse set of responsibilities in a fast paced office.

- High school degree, Bachelor preferred
- Previous administrative experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Extremely organized and adept at coordinating needs throughout the office
- Able to work with minimum supervision
