FAIRFAX, VA — Another Broken Egg Cafe has opened a new Fairfax location at 10645 Braddock Road, Unit B2, near George Mason University’s main campus.

The cafe is owned and operated by Demetrios Florakis of EOS Ventures Inc., a Virginia-based franchisee that also operates Another Broken Egg Cafe locations in Williamsburg and Virginia Beach.

The Fairfax restaurant serves breakfast, brunch and lunch from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. daily. Menu items include Shrimp ’N Grits, Chicken & Waffles and the Lobster & Brie Omelette, as well as brunch dishes, lunch options, children’s meals, gluten-friendly and vegetarian selections. The cafe also has a full bar with cocktails, mocktails, mimosas and Bloody Marys.

The Fairfax cafe also will feature rotating seasonal menu items curated by Joel Reynders, Another Broken Egg Cafe’s vice president of culinary and corporate executive chef.

Jorge Salvat, president and CEO of Another Broken Egg Cafe, said Florakis and EOS Ventures have “consistently shown what it means to bring our brand to life the right way.”

The cafe offers takeout, delivery and catering. Customers also can join the waitlist remotely, place online orders and access offers through the company’s mobile app.
