Assault On Police Officer Charge Filed Against 25-Year-Old Woman
City of Fairfax Police arrested a 25-year-old woman last Thursday for taking items from a city convenience store.

FAIRFAX CITY, VA — A 24-year-old woman is facing multiple charges, including assaulting a law enforcement officer, after she took items from a Fairfax City convenience store, according to police.
Officers responded around 3:21 p.m., on Thursday to the 7-Eleven at 3910 University Drive for the report of a woman leaving the store with consumable items without paying. Police located the woman, identified as 25-year-old Anaudia Holland of no fixed address.
A preliminary investigation revealed that Holland had the stolen items in her possession and that she had an active trespass order for the 7-Eleven. As police took Holland into custody, they say she kicked an officer in the leg.

After taking Holland to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center, police charged her with assault on a law enforcement officer, petit larceny, trespass, and resisting arrest. She remains in custody without bond.
