Steps To Good Health

Created a facebook support group called STEPS TO GOOD HEALTH with over 4400 members from around the world.

I was overweight, in menopause and depressed and knew that I needed to do something. I made a lifestyle change, but creating my own food and exercise plan. I lost 75lbs in one year. I wanted to help others and pay it forward so I started a free facebook support group called STEPS TO GOOD HEALTH. We do Steps & Goals Challenges, local walks, recipe boards, etc. Everyone is welcome and everything we do is free. I never want anyone to feel alone. Our group has been featured on a couple of news stations in Phila, newspapers and Shape Magazine, and I am so thankful for their help in getting the word out about us. Would love to have you join us and take steps to good health together!
