BRIO Tuscan Grille Celebrates “The Art of Grilling” at Fair Oaks and Tyson’s Mall During June with 3-Course Dinner Special, Giveaways & Special Recipes

Fairfax, Virginia — June 3, 2015 — Whether you’re heading out for Father’s Day or just want the perfect grilled meal any time during the month of June, BRIO Tuscan Grille at Fair Oaks Mall and Tyson’s Corner Mall are the places to go.

On Sundays through Thursdays after 4 p.m. during June 1–30, master chefs at both BRIO locations will present “The Art of Grilling” – a three-course dinner special, including a choice of salad, grilled entrée with chef-inspired toppings and a Dolchino dessert for $26.95. They’ll also feature promotions, giveaways and recipe postings.

· Guests start with a choice of salad: BRIO Chopped Salad, with chopped greens, tomatoes, black olives, red onion, cucumber, Feta and red wine vinaigrette; Caesar Salad with Brioche croutons, or Bistecca Insalata, a lettuce wedge with Gorgonzola, bacon, tomatoes and creamy Parmesan dressing.

· Main course include Artichoke & Boursin Crusted Pork Chop with roasted vegetables and mashed potatoes, Grilled Beef Medallions and Black Pepper Shrimp with roasted vegetables and mashed potatoes or Crab & Shrimp Crusted Salmon with roasted vegetables, farro, quinoa and lemon vinaigrette.

· For dessert, guests enjoy one of three Dolchinos -- Caramel Mascarpone Cheesecake, featuring anglaise sauce and vanilla whipped cream; Crème Brulee, with vanilla bean and caramelized sugar; or a selection with the freshest ingredients of the season.

BRIO will also host a number of national contests during June with great prizes:

· A “For the Thrill of the Grille” on Facebook. BRIO fans who post their favorite grilling recipe or dish can win a “Gather & Grille Dinner Party for 8” at their favorite BRIO location. To enter, visit the official BRIO Facebook page: www.facebook.com/brioitalian.
