On January 25, 2021 at 10:06 AM City of Fairfax Police responded to 9660 Fairfax Boulevard, Certified Car Center, for an in progress burglary.

Investigation revealed that an employee identified an individual who forced entry into the business. It was determined that the subject removed an air conditioning unit and entered through a window where it was later discovered that cash was stolen.

Shanice Yates, 28, of 11904 Kahns Road, Manassas was arrested for breaking and entering (18.2-91), grand larceny (18.2-95) and possession of burglarious tools (18.2-94). Yates was transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center and held on no bond.
