Our small, dynamic family law firm in the heart of the City of Fairfax is seeking a skilled and dedicated Associate Attorney to join our team. Our practice concentrates on family law matters, including, Divorce, Spousal Support, Child Support, Protective Orders, Child Custody and Parenting Time, Paternity, Distribution of Property, Property Settlement Agreements, Prenuptial Agreements, Step Parent Adoptions, Name Changes, and other Complex Family Issues.
The ideal candidate will have a desire to practice family law, good communication skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality representation to our clients. An interest or experience in estate planning is a plus.
