Call for Art! Artful Living: Empowerment

Artists, Submit Your Work by April 2, 2018; Artful Living Event April 21 in Fairfax City with Fairfax Spotlight on the Arts Festival

Fairfax-based non-profit Britepaths (formerly Our Daily Bread) invites local artists to submit their works to be considered for inclusion in Artful Living, a juried art show held on April 21 in association with the Fairfax Spotlight on the Arts Festival. The theme is “Empowerment.” Cash prizes available, and the works will be offered for sale. A wide variety of media accepted. Professional, amateur and young artists welcome. Britepaths’ 4th annual Artful Living: An Evening of Art, Wine and Strengthening Community will be held on Saturday, April 21, 2018 from 7-10 p.m. at the Stacy C. Sherwood Community Center in Fairfax City (3740 Old Lee Hwy, Fairfax, VA 22030). All art selected for the show will be available for sale via a silent auction. The evening will include live music by Batida Diferente, appetizers from Dolce Vita, wine and craft beers and a live auction.
