Celebrate Providence Community Day With Haunted House, Food, Games

FAIRFAX, VA — Fairfax County Neighborhood and Community Services invites the public to celebrate Providence Community Day from 11 a.m.-3 p.m., on Saturday, Oct. 29.

Come and enjoy music, food and games at the Providence Community Center, located at 3001 Vaden Drive, Fairfax VA 22031. Activities include a cake walk, pumpkin painting, and giveaways. There will also be a photo booth.

The Providence Haunted House will be open from 2-6 p.m., at the community center. Admission is donation of canned or nonperishable food. All are welcome but children 11 and under must be accompanied by an adult.

The organizers caution attendees that the Haunted House contains bright flashing lights and imagery that might cause discomfort or seizures for those photosensitive epilepsy.
