City Of Fairfax: Roberts Road Closure, Oct. 19-21

Roberts Road, from Main Street to Dwight Avenue, will be closed to through traffic from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 19 through Oct. 21. The City of Fairfax Public Works Department will be repairing sewers during this time.

Local traffic can access properties on this block from the Dwight Avenue intersection. (see map below) Flagmen will be in place on both ends of the closure during work hours to assist residents and direct deliveries to these properties. Drivers are asked to slow down and follow the flagmen’s directions.

This work may be rescheduled for inclement weather. The City of Fairfax appreciates everyone’s patience while these necessary improvements are completed.
