The Roberts Road and Forest Avenue drainage improvement project is proceeding on schedule, and the contractor is installing new storm structures and pipe. The next step in the project is the installation of a new manhole to connect the new storm pipe to an existing branch on Forest Avenue. This manhole will be installed in the center of Forest Avenue, which requires a detour to allow room for the excavation.
