Dealership Employee Steals Car, Crashes It in Fairfax: Police
The employee of Farrish Subaru took one of the vehicles off the lot without permission and then was involved in a crash, say Fairfax Police.

FAIRFAX, VA — A employee of Farrish Subaru, 10407 Fairfax Boulevard, is wanted for taking a vehicle from the dealership Saturday without authorization and then getting into a crash.
The employee was charged with unauthorized use, and warrant service is pending.
Shortly before 12:30 p.m., a manager told police an employee drove a 2017 Subaru Forrester off the lot without permission, and then was involved in a crash.

10376 Fairfax Boulevard / Parking Lot – On March 3 at 7:57 PM officers who responded to a report of a crash in the parking lot determined that the operator of the vehicle involved was intoxicated. Richard William Cutts, 64, of 12116 Wedgeway Court, Fairfax, was transported to the Adult Detention Center where he was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol.

3910 University Drive / 7-Eleven – On March 4 at 12:49 AM an employee reported that an unknown male subject who was accompanied by two female subjects had taken several bottles of wine from the store and left the area in a vehicle.

4000 Block of Woodland Drive – On March 4 at 2:02 PM the resident reported that on February 28 unknown person(s) had used her identifying information to open a bank account in her name and attempted to make a large withdrawal from it.

10460 Fairfax Boulevard / Jim McKay Chevrolet Used Cars – On March 4 at 7:52 PM an employee reported that unknown person(s) had gained entry to the building through a window and taken keys to several vehicles. The Criminal Investigations Division is investigating the case.
