Denied Customer Punches Restaurant Employee In Fairfax

A drunk dude who entered a Fairfax restaurant just before closing time slugged an employee who asked him to leave: Fairfax crime report.

FAIRFAX, VA — So a drunk dude walks into a restaurant a few minutes before closing time. He's asked to leave. He doesn't leave. Nope, instead, he punches the employee who made the request. That's the way it went down in the wee hours of Friday morning at 99 Degree Hot Pot, 9992 Main Street, according to Fairfax Police.

Around 12:50 a.m., police went to the scene for a reported assault. The employee recounted what had happened, and police found the assailant nearby and arrested him. Gregory Antonio Jackson, 49, of no fixed address, was charged with simple assault and battery and being drunk in public. Also in Friday's Fairfax Police report:
