This hearing is the final opportunity for the community to view project details before the project moves into the right-of-way phase. Once right-of-way acquisition begins, the project design is set, and only minor changes can be made.
Although the public hearing will be held as part of the regular City Council meeting, no action will be taken by Council. The hearing is being held during the regular meeting because it is an established forum, and all council members will be present.
