Drunk Driving Charge Filed Against Manassas Man By Fairfax Police
An officer on patrol in Fairfax City arrested a Manassas man Sunday night for driving while intoxicated.
FAIRFAX CITY, VA — City of Fairfax Police charged a Manassas man Sunday night for driving while intoxicated, according to a police release.
Around 11 p.m. on Sunday, a patrol officer encountered a vehicle stopped in the roadway in the 3400 block of Pickett Road. An investigation revealed that the driver was intoxicated, according police. The officer arrested 25-year-old Erick Vladimir Campos-Amaya, 25 Manassas. The officer then took Campos-Amaya to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center, where he was changed with driving under the influence.
Campos-Amaya was released once police determined he was sober.
