Dunn Loring-Merrifield Rotary Grant Award

Assistance League of Northern Virginia extends a heartfelt thank you to the Rotary Club of Dunn Loring-Merrifield for its generous grant award from the Rotary Advised Funds. The $5,000 donation to our Weekend Food for Kids program will enable us to transform the lives of many children in need. The Dunn Loring-Merrifield Rotary has been a strong supporter of this program since 2013, and the funds will support our efforts to provide supplemental food to children at Pine Spring Elementary School in Falls Church, where over half of the student population lives with food insecurity. We are privileged and grateful to receive support from this community leadership organization. We are also grateful to recognize longtime Rotarians, Virginia Hottell and David Eakin, for their individual donations to our weekend food program. These dedicated Rotarians have provided volunteer and financial support for years, and we are appreciative of their generous contributions.
