Petit Larceny, Alcohol Charges Filed Against Reston Man In Fairfax

RESTON, VA — A 38-year-old Reston man was arrested recently for taken merchandise from the 7-Eleven located at 3910 University Drive in Fairfax City.

City of Fairfax Police officers responded around 10:17 a.m. on Jan. 13, for the report of a larceny at the convenience store. They determined that a man had walked into the business, took consumable items, and then left without paying.

Police located the suspect, whom they identified as Wilian Perez of Reston, nearby. Police determined that he was under the influence of alcohol and took him into custody.

Perez was taken to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center, where he was charged with petit larceny and drunk in public. He was held until he was deemed sober, according to police.
