Early Voting In Fairfax City Starts Friday, Continues Through Nov. 4
There will be a City General Election from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 7. Early voting begins on Friday.

There will be a City General Election from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 7.
Offices on the Nov. 7 General Election ballot are the Virginia Senate (District 37), Virginia House of Delegates (District 11), and three elected positions shared with Fairfax County: Clerk of Court, Commonwealth’s Attorney, and Sheriff.

SEPT. 22: Early voting begins in the Office of Elections, open 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays through Nov. 3 and Saturdays Oct. 28 and Nov. 4, in the City Hall Annex

OCT. 9: Office of Elections open regular hours
OCT. 27, 5 P.M.: Final day to request by-mail ballots via vote.elections.virginia.gov; ballots are mailed within three days of receipt of the application
OCT. 28 AND NOV. 4, SATURDAYS: In-person early voting from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. in the City Hall Annex
NOV. 7: Election Day — polls open 6 a.m. to 7 p.m.
By-mail ballots may be returned in person by 7 p.m. Nov. 7 either in person by the voter or to the ballot drop box located at the City Hall Atrium east entrance (facing George Mason Boulevard.) Ballots returned by mail must be postmarked by Nov. 7 and received by noon Nov. 13 in order to be counted.
