Election 2014: Don't Forget Your Photo ID
City of Fairfax reminds residents about the new state requirement.

Virginia law now requires all voters to show an acceptable photo ID at the polls. Please make sure you have one of the following when you show up at your polling station:
- Virginia DMV-issued photo ID
- Virginia DMV driver’s license
- U.S. Passport
- employer-issued photo ID
- student ID from a Virginia college or university
- photo ID issued by the United States
- photo ID issued by the Commonwealth of Virginia
- or photo ID issued by a local Virginia government
