New Featured Artist Collection: Yelena Svecharnik was raised and educated in St. Petersburg, Russia. She shares, “I have loved art all of my life and I have spent numerous hours studying other artists in many different art galleries and museums across the world. These visual experiences were my very first schools of art.” Svecharnik has painted professionally for the last 10 years. Svecharnik admits that she does not have one style since she is still hungry to always try something new. Her works are a diverse collection of both realistic and abstract subjects using wax and watercolor to create special collages and watercolor mosaics on paper.
