The Hollow Trunk Charity Run/Walk for Guatemala Orphanage

Teens from Fairfax High, Westfield High, Chantilly High, Robinson, Thomas Jefferson, and other schools in the area launched a non-profit organization in 2009 known as The Hollow Trunk.

Among their achievements to date are almost $2,000 donated to the Alzheimer's Association, over $4,000 to the Red Cross' Haitian Relief Efforts, nearly $1,000 to the INOVA Fairfax Children's Hospital, and almost $500 for the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline.

On April 24, you can help raise money for an orphanage in Guatemala by participating in Hollow Trunk's 5k run/2k fun walk at 8:00 A.M. at Westfield High School.  All proceeds will be donated.
