  • 7b: Public hearing and Council actions an ordinance amending Chapter 90 (Taxation), Article X (Old Town Service District Tax) of the Code of the City of Fairfax, Virginia, pertaining to the extension of the expiration date and amendments to the scope of the Old Town Services District.   • 7c: Public hearing and Council action on an ordinance amending Chapter 66 (Personnel), Article I (In General) of the Code of the City of Fairfax, Virginia, pertaining to personnel matters. Click here to read the staff report
  • 7d: Public hearing and Council action on an ordinance repealing Chapter 2 (Administration), Article VI, Division 3 of the Code of the City of Fairfax, Virginia, pertaining to procurement procedures. (Staff recommends postponing this item until April 28)
