Fairfax City Restaurant Week Extended For Second Week In March

Diners who missed out on Fairfax City Restaurant Week have been given a second chance to taste what the city has to offer.

FAIRFAX CITY, VA – Fairfax Economic Development Authority and the Central Fairfax Chamber of Commerce are extending the sixth annual Fairfax City Restaurant Week for a second week.

From Monday, March 13 through Sunday, March 19, the city's restaurant community will be offering a week-long selection of meals and deals.

"We're thrilled that so many of our restaurants have opted to continue offering their special restaurant week menus for one more week. Fairfax City Restaurant Week provides fantastic values for diners and helps our restaurants connect with new fans," said Fairfax City Economic Development Director Chris Bruno.

During the extended restaurant week, diners will be able to order off of prix fixe menus of $25 for lunch/brunch and $40 for dinner per person, couple or family at participating restaurants.

Family meal deals will also be available. Some of the city's specialty restaurants will also be offering "Two for $10" deals, which will allow diners the chance to try some of the city's many global kitchens.
