Fairfax Police Probing Report Of Group Of Children Being Followed By Man
It happened Thursday as they were coming home from school, police say.
FAIRFAX, VA — City of Fairfax police are probing an incident in which a group of children reported seeing a man following them as they walked home from school on Thursday, according to a news release posted to the department's website.
The man was first seen in Van Dyck Park, and then later in their neighborhood, police said.
The children described him as wearing black winter gear, according to police.
