He is extremely dedicated to ensuring his students get all the help possible to start their lives ensuring their inclusion in the larger community. He cares deeply about each and every one of these children who come to his class as babies and toddlers. His work is extremely difficult, and excludes constant assessment of their needs and analysis of their behavior to develop learning activities and goals.

His sincere commitment to his students to enhance their lives and chances for success as they grow up.
