Fairfax Woman Second Fatality In 2-Vehicle Crash In Annandale: Police
A 63-year-old Fairfax woman died in the hospital from injuries she received in a two-vehicle crash Sunday morning in Annandale.

FAIRFAX, VA — A Fairfax woman was the second person to die from injuries received during a two-vehicle crash in Annandale on Sunday morning, according to the Fairfax County Police Department.
On Monday, FCPD reported that 63-year-old Hong Tang of Fairfax succumbed to her injuries. Another passenger involved in the crash remained in the hospital in critical condition.
Police responded around 9:42 a.m., on Sunday, to the scene of a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of Braddock Road and Bradfield Drive.

Crash scene investigators determined that the driver of a 2006 Lexus RX330I tried to make a left turn from Bradfield Drive onto westbound Braddock Road and striking a 2024 BMW X6 that traveling eastbound on Braddock Road.
The two BMW occupants and the five occupants of the Lexus were all taken to the hospital to be treated for their injuries. Three of the people involved in the crash had sustained injuries that were considered to be life-threatening, one of whom was Tang.

The other four passengers received treatment for non-life-threatening injuries and were released.
