Fairfax's Caboose Commons Brings 'Halfway to Fall' Menu To Spring

MERRIFIELD, VA — Fairfax customers looking for a seasonal twist this spring will find it at Caboose Commons, which is launching a limited-time “Halfway to Fall” menu from April 17 through April 30.

Located in the Mosaic District at 2918 Eskridge Road, Cabbose Commons is offering a short run of pumpkin-themed drinks and food, bringing fall flavors into the middle of spring. The promotion includes coffee drinks, a chai option, a baked item and a cocktail.

Among the featured drinks is a Pumpkin Pie Cheesecake Latte topped with cream cheese cold foam. Caboose Commons is also serving a classic Pumpkin Pie Latte, available hot or iced, along with a Pumpkin Pie Chai.

On the food side, the menu includes a housemade Pumpkin Loaf meant to pair with the seasonal drinks. For customers looking for an alcoholic option, Caboose Commons is also offering a Pumpkin Bourbon Smash made with pumpkin, apple cider, ginger brew and bourbon.

The special is positioned as a playful, off-season nod to flavors more often associated with autumn. Instead of waiting for cooler weather, customers will be able to order pumpkin drinks and bites during the second half of April.

The menu is only available for a limited time, with the “Halfway to Fall” promotion scheduled to run for two weeks. The offering adds a temporary seasonal theme to the Fairfax spot’s regular lineup.
