Fire Crews Extinguish Late-Night Apartment Blaze Near Inova Fairfax
Fairfax County firefighters extinguished a fire at an apartment building fire off of Gallows Road on Sunday night.

FALLS CHURCH, VA — Fairfax County Fire and Rescue personnel responded shortly after 10 p.m. on Sunday for reports of a quickly spreading fire at an apartment building near the Inova Fairfax Hospital campus, according to authorities.
Arriving on the scene, fire and rescue units saw fire coming from the second floor of a garden-style apartment building in the 3300 block of Sydenham Street, according to reports.
Crews searched the building and extinguished the fire, according to FCFR. No injuries to civilians or fire personnel were reported.
