Free Flu Shots, Covid Vaccines and More at Community Health Fair
Fairfax Nursing and Rehabilitation Center hosted a Community Health Fair for all its residents and community members!
On Wednesday, October 20th from 10 am – 2 pm, Fairfax Rehabilitation and Nursing Center hosted a Community Health Fair for all its residents and community members!
Fairfax Rehabilitation and Nursing Center's mission is to provide the best possible physical, emotional, social, and spiritual care to its facility members and beyond. This gave them the chance to provide equal health opportunities to all in the community – not just its members. Keeping those in the surrounding area happy and healthy was their way of giving back.
The event was free for the entire community, so all who were in attendance received free health services, including COVID-19 vaccines, flu shots, blood sugar tests, blood pressure checks, and cholesterol checks.
