Mason Dining worked closely with the student dining committee which includes representatives from Student Government, Resident Student Association (RSA), Off Campus Student Services, and other student groups, to make continuous changes that benefit the student body.
Based on student feedback, including two resolutions that passed in Student Government and RSA, Southside became the new late-night dining hall.
Southside is more centrally located to all residential areas of campus, has the most seating, and houses the largest kitchen which allows for more food to be produced. By consolidating the late-night options to one location, Mason Dining can now provide improved services for the campus community.
