Holiday Craft Show This Weekend in Fairfax
The 30th edition of the Fairfax Holiday Craft Show will be held this weekend. It offers a mix of the eclectic and the traditional.

FAIRFAX, VA — One of the area's more extensive gatherings of holiday trinkets, gifts ideas and eclectic art will be on display this weekend for anyone looking to get a jump on seasonal shopping or simply take in the wide variety of displays.
It's the 30th annual Holiday Craft Show, put on by the city's parks & recreation department and held at Fairfax High School, 3501 Rebel Run. Hours are 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Saturday, and 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Sunday.
It started in 1987 as a relatively tiny affair but has since morphed into an arts and crafts festival that attracts Artisians from all over the country as well as local artists. Admission is $5 per day and $8 for a two-day pass. Folks younger than 18 get in free.
