IDI Completes Second and Final Building at The Enclave in Fairfax
80 Luxury Condominiums New To City of Fairfax
City of Fairfax, Va. – IDI has completed construction of the second and final luxury condominium building at The Enclave in Fairfax, Va. With more than 85 percent of The Enclave’s homes sold prior to the community’s completion, representatives of The IDI Group Companies, city officials and purchasers gathered for a ribbon-cutting celebration on Saturday, January 27.
"After four decades developing around the region, this was our first opportunity to develop a community in the city of Fairfax , and we couldn’t be more pleased with the location, the process and the outcome,” said IDI Managing Director Enrico Cecchi.
“It’s been really gratifying to have this opportunity to spend time with our purchasers and hear how excited they are about their choice to move here,” he added.

The Enclave’s Fairfax location is a winning one, based on information compiled by McWilliams Ballard of Alexandria, Va., who is handling sales and marketing for the community. According to Andria Garbis, director of sales for the community, an average one of every 14 visitors to The Enclave has chosen to purchase, well above the average in the DC suburbs, and the community has consistently outpaced its competition.

homes include two-bedroom, two-bedroom plus den and three-bedroom homes, including a variety of different models, with prices now ranging from the upper $400,000s. The on-site amenities include a beautifully appointed club room, lobbies with lounge seating, fitness center, landscaped outdoor spaces that include a fire pit and seating, grilling area and available garage parking.
