Innovation Health Donation Supports Weekend Food for Kids Program

Assistance League of Northern Virginia gratefully acknowledges receipt of a donation of $1,5000 from Innovation Health in Falls Church. Innovation Health has a long-standing business partnership with Pine Spring Elementary, one of six Title I schools benefiting from the signature Operation School Bell program, Weekend Food for Kids, sponsored by the Assistance League. The funds will be used to provide supplemental food to children who qualify for free or reduced-price meals on school days but who lack access to food in the home on weekends. This generous donation will enable continued support to feed vulnerable children in the Pine Spring community so they may come to school on Mondays ready to learn. Thanks to Innovation Health for supporting our mission to transform the lives of children.
