In celebration of Thank Elections Heroes Day on April 12, the League of Women Voters of the Fairfax Area visited the Fairfax City Office of Elections with flowers, balloons and treats. These workers ensure honest and fair elections, and we stand with them and the essential work that they do so that our democracy can function.
