MADD Virginia Candlelight Vigil Sunday in Fairfax

According to MADD, 47 fatalities from alcohol-related crashes in Virginia occurred in November, December and January of 2015.

FAIRFAX, VA — As a reminder to motorists imbibing at various holiday functions, the Virginia chapter of Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) will hold its annual Candlelight Vigil of Remembrance and Hope 4 p.m. Sunday at Old Town Square, 10415 North Street.

According to MADD, 47 fatalities from alcohol-related crashes in Virginia occurred in November, December and January of 2015.

Victims' names will be read as the candles are lighted.
