Man Caught Masturbating near Women, Arrested in Fairfax
Women were nearby when a man was masturbating inside a Fairfax store, Fairfax County Police said.
FAIRFAX, VA -- Fairfax County Police responded to a report of a man masturbating in public at a Fairfax store at the 12500 block of Fair Lake Circle Wednesday.
At 7:39 p.m., police said women were nearby in the store when the incident occurred. Fairfax County Police arrested Jeffrey Glen Webster, Jr., 33, of Herndon. He is charged with masturbating in public.
