Man Charged in Peeping Incident Near Twinbrooke Centre

A resident observed a man looking into the front window of a residence, police said.

Fairfax County Police said Thursday they have arrested and charged a suspect in a peeping incident that took place in the area Wednesday afternoon. Here are the details, released today by police in their crime report:

PEEPING: 4900 block of McFarland Drive, 09/09/15 at about 3:54 p.m.A resident observed a man looking into front window of a residence. Police were called and the suspect was located. Aaron M. Dugo, 36, of Fairfax, was arrested and charged with peeping and stalking.
