Identify Of Man Accused Of Taking Upskirt Photos At Fairfax City H-Mart Sought By Police

FAIRFAX CITY, VA — City of Fairfax Police are asking the public's help in identifying a man they say took unsolicited photographs of a woman under her dress while she wasn't looking.

The incident occurred around 12:49 p.m., on July 14 at the H-Mart located at 11200 Fairfax Blvd, according to police.

Police released a photo on Wednesday of the suspect, who is wanted for unlawful filming. They ask anyone who recognizes the man in the photo or who has information about this case to contact Detective R. Lightner at 703-385-7924. Tips can also be submitted to Crime Solvers by calling 703-591-8477.
