Maniacal Driver Busted In Fairfax: Police
A man who drove against traffic, ran a red light and refused to stop for police in Fairfax finally was arrested Monday night: Fairfax cops.

FAIRFAX, VA — A man who drove against traffic, ran a red light and refused to stop for police on Fairfax Boulevard finally was arrested Monday night near the entrance to Interstate 66, according to Fairfax Police. Mohammad Bandjian, 52, of the 5100 block of South Whiting Street in Alexandria, was charged with felony eluding police, no operator's license, reckless driving, improper lane change and failure to obey a traffic signal.
After 7 p.m., police began pursuing a vehicle that had committed numerous traffic violations, including the aforementioned ones. Bandjian then drove into Fairfax County before running off the road near the entrance to I-66. That's where he was apprehended. (For more local news, click here to sign up for real-time news alerts.
