Martin Luther King Day 2017: Trash Collection Schedule For Fairfax

There won't be collection on Monday, but that day's routes will be run the next day along with Tuesday's regular schedule, says the city.

FAIRFAX, VA — Here's a reminder about the city's trash and recycling schedule regarding Martin Luther King Day next Monday.

  • Monday, Jan. 16 — no collection.
  • Tuesday, Jan. 17 —Monday and Tuesday routes collected.

Regular collection resumes Wednesday.

Also, all yard waste will collected by Jan. 21.
