New Year's Holiday 2017 Trash, Recyclables Collection Reminder For Fairfax

There will be no collection on Jan. 2, a Monday, but Monday and Tuesday's routes will be combined the next day: City of Fairfax.

FAIRFAX, VA — Here's a reminder from the city about trash and recyclables pickups for the New Year's holiday:

  • Monday, 1/2/2017 — No collection
  • Tuesday, 1/3/2017 — Monday and Tuesday routes collected

Please be aware: collecting multiple days' worth of debris on a single day may cause atypical delays in collection.
