Outdoor Tables, Chairs Stolen from Local Restaurant: Police

Who took two tables and six chairs from Angie's Pizza Friday night?

The following incidents were reported in the latest crime report from the Fairfax City Police:

  • Larceny: 3850 Old Lee Highway (see map below)/ Angie’s Pizza – On September 11 at 9:32 PM the owner reported that about two weeks previously unknown person(s) had stolen two metal; tables and six chairs from the sitting area in front of the restaurant.
  • Larceny: 9404 Main Street / Chuck E Cheese Restaurant – On September 12 at 8:23 PM the victim reported that sometime between 8:05 PM and 8:10 PM unknown person(s) had stolen her iPhone which she had inadvertently left in the restroom.
  • DUI Arrest: Fairfax Boulevard / Fairfax Circle – On September 12 at 11:21 PM an officer initiated a traffic stop and determined that the driver of the vehicle was intoxicated. Philip Curtis Sutton, 35, of 1015 Columbine Drive, Frederick, Maryland, was transported to the Adult Detention Center where he was charged with driving under the influence and destruction of property for damaging a cruiser while being transported and issued summonses for failing to maintain proper control and open alcoholic beverage container in a vehicle. His bond was set at $2500.
  • DUI Arrest: Fairfax Boulevard / Chain Bridge Road – On September 13 at 11:37 PM an officer who had initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle which was speeding determined that the driver was intoxicated. Marvin J. Alegria, 30, of 862 Clopper Road, Gaithersburg, Maryland, was transported to the Adult Detention Center where he was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and issued summonses for speeding and no operator’s license. His bond was set at $2500.
