Parts of Main Street Closed Tuesday Night For Storm Pipe Installation
From 8 p.m.-5 a.m., Main Street will be closed from Chain Bridge Road to East Street.
Parts of Main Street at University Drive will be closed Tuesday night because of storm-pipe installation.
From 8 p.m. until 5 a.m. Wednesday, Main Street will be closed from Chain Bridge Road to East Street. Traffic will be directed to North Street.
The northbound side of University Drive will be closed.

Two-way traffic will be maintained in the southbound lanes.
Chain Bridge Road (Route 123) is an alternate north-south route through downtown Fairfax.
