Parts of Main Street, Lee Highway Closed Tuesday in Fairfax
All the work should be wrapped up by 4 p.m., according to city officials. Motorists are urged to consider using alternate routes.
FAIRFAX, VA — Both the westbound and eastbound lanes of Main Street will be closed on an alternating basis 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Tuesday from Hallman Street to Kamp Washington for road markings. Also:
Emergency sewer line repairs will be conducted 8:30 a.m.-4 p.m. on southbound Lee Highway (Route 29) from Blake Lane to Fairfax Circle, with the center and right lanes blocked.
